Our customer support team is available to assist you during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9 am – 5 pm (excluding bank holidays)
  • Extended hours during peak periods such as Mother’s Day and Christmas

If you have a cause for complaint, please review it within 14 days after the dispatch of your order. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for flowers dispatched by our delivery service.

We aim to respond to all customer service matters within one working day and strive to resolve all complaints within 3 working days.

Please note that our returns policy excludes all flower products. Flowers are considered perishable goods and are exempt from this returns policy. This exclusion is in line with industry standards and regulations.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you have any concerns about the freshness or quality of your floral arrangement, please contact our customer service team within two hours of receiving the delivery. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
