Complaints
If you have a cause for complaint, please review it within 14 days after the dispatch of your order. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for flowers dispatched by our delivery service.
We aim to respond to all customer service matters within one working day and strive to resolve all complaints within 3 working days.
