Making a Purchase
- Floretly’s website is designed to facilitate the easy and convenient ordering of flowers and gifts.
- By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid street address for delivery.
Delivery Information
- Floretly delivers to valid street addresses in Abu Dhabi and does not deliver to PO boxes.
- Deliveries can be made 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays.
- Orders to specific locations, such as hospitals or businesses, will be delivered to designated reception or mailing areas.
Delivery Charges
- Free within Abudhabi city limits
- Delivery charges may apply based beyond city limits and based on the delivery location and the type of arrangement.
- Optional courier delivery is available for an additional fee for guaranteed delivery on the chosen day.
Substitution Policy
In the rare event of supply difficulties, Floretly reserves the right to substitute any product with another of equal quality and value.
Returns Policy and Cancellation Rights
- If dissatisfied with our flowers or service, contact Floretly at info@floretly.com or +971 2 642 7196.
- Complaints must be submitted within two hours after dispatch.
- In accordance with consumer regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery.
- The returns policy excludes flower products due to their perishable nature.
Legal and Dispute Resolution
- The use of Floretly’s services is governed by UAE laws.
- Any legal disputes arising from or related to the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with UAE arbitration laws.
Intellectual property
